This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to coaching services, digital products, and any offerings provided by Synergy of Strength.
By purchasing services or products, you agree to the terms described below.
Coaching Services
All coaching services are offered as professional, time-based services.
Payments made for coaching sessions or coaching containers are non-refundable once sessions have been delivered.
If a coaching agreement ends early, refunds may be issued only for unused, prepaid sessions that have not yet taken place.
No refunds are provided for completed sessions or for time already reserved.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients may reschedule coaching sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered forfeited and will not be refunded.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and the session will be considered used.
Emergency situations may be considered at the sole discretion of Synergy of Strength.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products, including downloadable resources, guides, exercises, and meditations, are final.
Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available unless required by applicable law.
Payment Plans
If a payment plan is agreed upon, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments in accordance with the agreed terms.
Failure to complete payments does not cancel your commitment to the coaching services purchased, and access to services or materials may be suspended until payments are brought current.
Payments already made are non-refundable for services that have already been delivered or time that has been reserved.
